Genoa Belson

Genoa Belson, a seasoned dance educator with nearly two decades of experience, is dedicated to nurturing children's development through the transformative power of dance. Recognizing the need for a comprehensive and holistic educational approach, she founded Full Circle Dance in 2016, crafting unique dance programming designed to support children's long term success and well-being. Genoa Belson's dance career began in North Florida, where she performed principal roles in classical and contemporary works like The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and Spring Waters, honing her craft through exceptional training from institutions such as the Southern Academy of Ballet Arts, Nutmeg Conservatory for the Arts, and the Joffrey Ballet School. In 2005, she discovered her passion for dance education and production, eventually assuming roles as Ballet Mistress and Assistant Artistic Director for World Ballet in Tallahassee by 2013, where her creative vision enriched numerous productions as director, dancer, and freelance choreographer. For Genoa, teaching combines her two favorite things, children and dance. Her classes are known for being imaginative, engaging and challenging. Her love of classical ballet has given her the tools to teach technique in a well-informed and inspiring environment. Her classes also give students an opportunity for artistic expression and musical interpretation, key for developing true artistry. Genoa lives in Evergreen with her beloved family including her teenage son (Jasper), loving partner (Caleb), energetic dog (August), and lovable but sometimes vicious cat (Nico).

Jada

Jada has been with Full Circle since the opening of our first studio location in 2019. Jada is a highly sought after instructor, known for her innovative choreography, thoughtful technical scaffolding, and creating an one-of-a-kind atmosphere of exhilarating hard work and absolute joy. As Creative Director, Jada has been the mastermind behind our annual performances including Camping, Under the Big Top, and Magical Museum. Jada Minkin started dancing at the age of 3 in Greeley, Colorado. She loved performing and started dancing the Nutcracker with the Colorado Dance Theatre in the year of its conception and continued for many years after. She also performed in West Side Story and Will Rogers Follies with Oklahoma City’s professional theater company. Knowing that dance was her number one passion, she continued her education at the University of Central Oklahoma as a Dance Major. While earning her dance degree, Jada had many amazing opportunities including working with many internationally renowned choreographers and artists including Adam Parson, Malaya, Cindra Che, Loretta Livingston, Bill Evans and Jeff Amsden. Jada performed a tap and modern fusion piece with her fellow dance majors at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. She also danced with the UCO Poms Squad which became Division II NDA national champions during her freshman year. The last year of school she became a dancer for the Oklahoma Arena football team. This being the only sports related dance team in Oklahoma at the time. After graduation, Jada missed those beautiful Colorado mountains and moved to Denver where she danced with some amazing and talented companies in the Denver/Boulder area including 7 Dancers, Dream Project and Rogue Co. During this time, she started teaching and educating other young dancers. Jada was the Dance Activity Director at Dream BIG Day Camp for 8 summers and now trains up and coming dance teachers. She has been teaching in studio spaces since 2006. She has enjoyed many great years teaching young dancers and appreciates the sense of community and support dance studios have provided through all the years of life changes such as marriage and becoming a proud mother to her son, Leo.

Tia

Tia Hildebrandt has been dancing since she was 3 years old. In her fifth grade yearbook, she wrote that her dream job was to become a dance instructor, and she is very excited to be returning to the Full Circle Dance teaching team. Tia has experience with multiple different styles of dance, but hip hop has always been her favorite. She has been part of multiple competitive dance teams throughout middle and high school, performing both group numbers as well as solos. Her favorite dance memory is being able to attend the Monsters of Hip Hop Dance Convention and learn choreography from Tabatha and Napoleon. Tia first started as a teacher assistant at Pittsburgh Heat, helping out with 5 year old hip hop classes. She then became the hip hop teacher at Premier Dance Academy and choreographed both recreational and competition level classes to students aged 3 through 16. After graduating high school, she moved to St. Petersburg, Florida to attend Eckerd College. There she taught hip hop dance classes at the fitness center to fellow college students. Her hip hop class was able to perform at the yearly college showcase and other events. Tia's family always encouraged her to 'reach for the stars,' and she encourages her students to do the same! Anything is possible!

Roxy

'Roxy’s journey in dance began at age 3. Throughout elementary, middle, and high school, she knew she had found her passion and began immersing herself in every style of dance she could. At 16, Roxy discovered her affinity for teaching when she began instructing hip hop classes for children at a local studio. After high school, Roxy pursued higher education at Metro State University in Denver, where she studied Business Management with a minor in Dance. She continued to immerse herself in the dance community, training at various studios as well as joining a professional adult dance team who performed at a number of events throughout Denver. She also began to choreograph pieces in the competitive world. One of her numbers took the overall highest scoring routine and took her dancer to New York where they got the opportunity to perform for Gianna Martello. In 2014 Roxy took a leap of faith and opened her own dance studio. Over the next 8 years, she poured her heart into building thriving dancers and a successful studio. In 2021, she returned to Metro State University, this time pursuing a degree in Hospitality majoring in Events and Meeting Management. She also enrolled in the National Dance Education Organizations program to further her dance studies. In 2022, Roxy made the decision to step down as owner to refocus her energies on her own education, teaching endeavors and most importantly her family. She has two daughters ages 11 and 13 who share her passion for dance. Now, Roxy is excited to embark on a new chapter in her dance journey as she joins the Full Circle family to continue to inspire and empower dancers of all ages to reach their full potential.'
