Program Policies 23-24

Our season begins in August and culminates with our Spring Showcase in May.

Enrollment

Dancers can enroll anytime, even after the season has begun! Because our classes are progressive, registration will close on February 1, 2024.

Pricing

We have a flat tuition rate of $78 per month for one class per week.  There is a 5% discount on the total monthly tuition for siblings and students taking multiple classes.

Pricing Structure

Tuition is due in 10 monthly installments (August-May) with the first installment due on August 5th and the final installment due May 5th.  Monthly tuition rates are for the full season (August-May), not by the number of classes in the month. Some months will have 3 weeks of classes other months have 5 weeks of classes but your rate stays the same each month.  If you join midyear, tuition will be prorated to reflect the starting month.

Payment Schedule

In order to ensure that our attention remains fully devoted to your children’s success, we require the use of auto-pay for tuition payments.  Monthly tuition payments will be posted to your account on the 1st day of the month.  When tuition is posted, you will receive a statement via email to review.  Tuition will be automatically processed on the 5th of the same month.

Enrollment Fee

Families who enroll in classes between July 1st and February 1st will pay a $30 enrollment fee per family. 

Class Cancellations

On rare occasions, Full Circle Dance may need to cancel a class due to inclement weather that is hazardous for travel for our teachers.  This will be announced via email and text.   When possible, we will schedule a makeup class for any canceled classes.  If a makeup class is not possible, you will be credited for the canceled class. 

Class Transfer/Withdrawal

Should you ever need to make adjustments to your class schedule, don’t hesitate to reach out and we are always happy to make any adjustments.  If you wish to withdraw from a class, kindly submit a drop form no later than the 15th day of the month prior.  For example, submit a drop form by September 15th to withdraw from a class on Oct. 1st.  By adhering to this timeline, you will not incur any additional charges.  You can find the drop form conveniently located in the footer of our website.

Make-Ups

Consistent attendance is imperative to the growth and success of your student. We do not offer make-up classes for absences. We encourage you to do your best to ensure your child attends every class with his/her designated group.

We know things happen! In the event that your child needs to miss class, you can alert us of your absence through your parent portal. Students are permitted 4 makeup classes per year, which we will be happy to help you schedule.

Credits/Refunds

-Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable.
-Monthly tuition payments are non-refundable.
-In the event that Full Circle Dance needs to cancel a class, a makeup class will be scheduled. Students can also attend any class on the schedule within their age group as a makeup class.
